Kris Parks
Kris has spent his entire career focused on the consumer sector. He has been advising and partnering with founders and entrepreneurs since 2008, helping brands achieve operational and strategic success.
Prior to Seawall Capital, Kris worked alongside Matt for nine years at Tengram Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in the consumer industry. There, he helped to identify, execute, and support equity investments in the health & fitness, apparel, beauty, and retail sectors. He has been fortunate to work with many entrepreneurial and dynamic teams in their efforts to drive innovation and continuously serve the customer.
Kris was formerly at KarpReilly LLC, a consumer private equity fund, where he helped execute and manage investments in the restaurant, retail, and apparel sectors. He began his career in the consumer investment banking group at Citigroup. Kris graduated with honors from Boston College with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
Kris currently serves on the board of directors for Movement Climbing, Yoga + Fitness and Sports Endeavors. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, and you can catch him running trails, cycling, camping, or hanging out with his wife and puppy at the dog park.
